§ 19-2113 — Sale of county farm; infirmary or home; resolution or petition; election; ballot
(a)The board of county commissioners of any such county owning a county farm, county infirmary or county home is hereby authorized, if in its judgment it is advisable to adopt a resolution and provide for an election to sell the same or any part thereof.
(b)If the board of county commissioners shall not adopt a resolution as provided by subsection (a) then whenever the board of county commissioners of any such county shall be presented with a petition signed by twenty-five percent (25%) of the qualified voters of the county, as determined by the number of votes cast for the secretary of state in the last general election, asking that the county farm, county infirmary or county home or any part thereof and the petition for the establishment, erection, repair, remodel, and purchase of real
