Text

Any county may establish a "home for the aged," the same to be used as a home for aged persons, and such other persons as the board of county commissioners of the county shall direct, under such rules and regulations as the board of county commissioners shall prescribe. Homes for the aged shall also be construed, for the purposes of this act, to mean personal care homes, boarding homes, and nursing homes. Such homes for the aged as defined above shall be established in the following manner:

(a)The board of county commissioners of any county is hereby authorized to make an annual tax levy of not to exceed two mills upon the taxable tangible property of the county, or to issue and sell general obligation bonds of such county, for the purpose of creating and providing a special fund to be us
