§ 19-206 — Meetings of board; when
The board of county commissioners shall meet in regular session, at the county seat on such days and at such times each month, as established by resolution adopted by the board and in special session on the call of the chairperson for the transaction of any business at the request of a majority of the members on the board. The nature of the business to be transacted at any special meeting shall be governed by the matters and things set out in the call for such meeting.
