Kansas Statutes
§ 19-1629 — Judges of election appointed by county commissioners
The board of county commissioners shall appoint judges of elections for any election under this act, in any precinct where there are no judges provided by law; and the judges so appointed shall take and subscribe an oath to support the constitution of the United States and state of Kansas, and faithfully discharge the duties of judges of election.
