§ 19-1622 — Board may appoint clerk

Kansas·Ch. 19 COUNTIES AND COUNTY OFFICERS·Art. 16 COUNTY SEATS
The said board may, if necessary, on the day or days of the making and correcting such lists, appoint a clerk to assist them in the discharge of their duties required by this act; and the same oath shall be taken by such clerk as is required by law of clerks of elections.
