Text
The proceedings of said board shall be open, and all persons residing and entitled to vote in said voting precinct shall be entitled to be heard by said board in relation to corrections or additions to said register. One of the lists so kept by the judges as aforesaid shall be used by them on the day or days of making corrections or additions, for the purpose of completing the registry for such voting precinct.
