Text
That the persons authorized by law to act as judges of elections in any election or voting precinct of this state shall constitute a board of registry for their respective voting precincts, and shall meet on Tuesday, three weeks preceding any election for the permanent location or relocation of the county seat of any county in the state of Kansas, at nine o'clock a.m., at the place designated for holding the polls of said election, and proceed to make a list as hereinbefore prescribed of all persons qualified and entitled to vote at the ensuing election in the voting precinct of which they are judges, which list when completed shall constitute and be known as the register of election of said voting precinct; and said board may continue their session two days if necessary.
