Text
The board of county commissioners of any such county is hereby authorized to issue no-fund warrants during a period of five consecutive years for the purpose of providing funds to be used for purpose of improving its courthouse, constructing additions thereto, repairing, rewiring and installation of heating facilities therefor in a total amount of not to exceed twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) during said five-year period.
