Text
The provision of this act shall apply to any county having a population of more than twelve thousand (12,000) and less than thirteen thousand (13,000) with an assessed tangible valuation of more than twenty-five million dollars ($25,000,000) and less than thirty-two million dollars ($32,000,000).
