Text
The tax levies herein authorized shall be in addition to all other levies authorized or limited by law and shall be outside the aggregate limitation provided by K.S.A. 79-1947 and acts amendatory thereof and supplemental thereto. The board may issue warrants against the fund to be created by such levy to pay the cost of rebuilding, remodeling, re-equipping, refurnishing or making additions, such warrants to draw interest at a rate not exceeding the maximum rate prescribed by K.S.A. 10-1009. Such warrants shall be paid from the fund created by this section.
