§ 19-1561b — 4-H buildings and furnishings; additional equipment, repair of buildings; premiums and rewards; tax levy, use of proceeds; report to county of premiums and rewards awarded

Kansas·Ch. 19 COUNTIES AND COUNTY OFFICERS·Art. 15 COUNTY BUILDINGS
Upon the erection of such building or buildings and furnishings as herein provided, the board of county commissioners of the county wherein such building or buildings and furnishings are located is hereby authorized and empowered to levy annually a tax upon all taxable tangible property within said county for the purpose of purchasing additional equipment, maintaining and repairing such building or buildings and furnishings and for the payment of premiums and rewards awarded at agricultural livestock and 4-H club activities and approved by the board of county commissioners and to pay a portion of the principal and interest on bonds issued under the authority of K.S.A. 12-1774, and amendments thereto, by cities located in the county.
