§ 19-1505d — Validation of certain proceedings and bonds for county buildings
If any county, pursuant to the provisions of sections 19-1503, 19-1504 and 19-1505 of the General Statutes of 1949, relating to the erection of certain county buildings, has held a bond election therefor prior to the year 1955 and a majority of the legal electors voting on the question voted in favor of the issuance of bonds not to exceed the principal amount of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000), notwithstanding the fact that improper notice by publication was given concerning the holding of such election under section 10-120 of the General Statutes of 1949, all proceedings thereunder and all bonds issued pursuant thereto are hereby validated and confirmed.
