§ 19-1416 — Oath before commencing road survey

Kansas·Ch. 19 COUNTIES AND COUNTY OFFICERS·Art. 14 COUNTY SURVEYOR OR ENGINEER
It shall not be necessary for the county surveyor to take an oath or affirmation before commencing such surveyor's duties to survey roads, except as provided by law, when such surveyor takes oath of office.
