Text
The board of county commissioners shall, before entering into such lease, advertise for bids thereon for not less than fifteen (15) days by publication in the official county paper where the land is situated. Competitive bids shall be required by the board of county commissioners and publicly opened and said lease awarded upon such bids. In such letting the board shall have the right to reject any and all bids.
