§ 16-722 — Prosecution of violations

Kansas·Ch. 16 CONTRACTS AND PROMISES·Art. 7 REGULATION OF PAWNBROKERS AND PRECIOUS METAL DEALERS
Whenever he has reason to believe a violation of this act has occurred, the county attorney or any of his deputies shall prosecute every case to final judgment in the county wherein the alleged offense was committed.
