§ 16-107 — Import of consideration

Kansas·Ch. 16 CONTRACTS AND PROMISES·Art. 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
All contracts in writing, signed by the party bound thereby, or his authorized agent or attorney, shall import a consideration.
