§ 16-333 — Certain sales not subject to K.S.A. 16-301 through 16-309, prearranged funeral regulations
Kansas·Ch. 16 CONTRACTS AND PROMISES·Art. 3 FUNERAL AND CEMETERY MERCHANDISE AGREEMENTS, CONTRACTS AND PLANS
Sales of preneed cemetery merchandise contracts or preneed burial products or services subject to this act shall be exempt from the provisions of K.S.A. 16-301 through 16-309, inclusive, and amendments thereto.
