(a)Misuse of the cemetery merchandise trust fund or any money belonging thereto is knowingly using, investing, lending or permitting another to use moneys in the fund in a manner not authorized by law.
(b)Misuse of the cemetery merchandise trust fund is a severity level 7, nonperson felony.
