§ 16-314 — Definition

Kansas·Ch. 16 CONTRACTS AND PROMISES·Art. 3 FUNERAL AND CEMETERY MERCHANDISE AGREEMENTS, CONTRACTS AND PLANS
For the purposes of this act, the term "prearranged funeral agreement" shall mean any agreement, contract or plan authorized by K.S.A. 16-301, and amendments thereto.
