§ 12-877 — Same; deposit of funds with city treasurer

Kansas·Ch. 12 CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES·Art. 8 PUBLIC UTILITIES

All funds shall be deposited with the city treasurer and shall be handled in the same manner as other city funds as set out in K.S.A. 13-2107.
