§ 12-867 — Same; eminent domain

Kansas·Ch. 12 CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES·Art. 8 PUBLIC UTILITIES

Any city operating under this act shall have the power of eminent domain with* or without the city for the purposes of this act.
