§ 12-858 — Same; revenues

Kansas·Ch. 12 CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES·Art. 8 PUBLIC UTILITIES

Upon the establishment of the water and sewage system the current operating funds of or budgeted for the two systems shall be transferred to a "water and sewage fund" and thereafter all revenue collected for such water and sewage system shall be credited to such fund for the use of such water and sewage system.
