§ 12-855 — Same; rights of riparian owners

Kansas·Ch. 12 CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES·Art. 8 PUBLIC UTILITIES

Nothing herein shall be construed as prohibiting riparian owners from the use of the natural flowage of said streams or from the use of the water from said streams at any and all times for family and domestic farm stock purposes.
