§ 12-854 — Same; penalty for violating K.S.A. 12-853

Kansas·Ch. 12 CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES·Art. 8 PUBLIC UTILITIES
Any person or persons violating K.S.A. 12-853, upon conviction, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined in sum not exceeding five hundred dollars.
