§ 12-825k — Payment of charges by public utilities at city hall
The governing body of any city owning or operating a water system or other municipal service and providing for the monthly or periodic payment of charges for such services at its city hall may enter into agreements with any public utility serving such city, or its surrounding area, for the payment of charges for services of the public utility to also be made at the city hall.
