Text
Any public or municipally owned utility violating any of the provisions of this act shall be subject to a penalty of not less than five dollars ($5) nor exceeding twenty-five dollars ($25) to be recovered in any court of competent jurisdiction, which penalty shall be paid to the state treasurer pursuant to K.S.A. 20-2801, and any amendments thereto.
