Text
Subject to the provisions of K.S.A. 66-104 and 66-131, and amendments thereto, all cities of the state owning their own electric-light, heat or power plant are hereby authorized and empowered to furnish electric light, heat or power to districts lying outside of the limits of such cities, and charge for such service such rates as may be provided by ordinance.
