Text
Any unexpended moneys from a levy made pursuant to K.S.A. 19-2911, and amendments thereto, prior to January 1, 1992, shall be transferred by the township board to the county in which such township is located. Such money shall be deposited in the county general fund or other appropriate fund and shall be used for planning and zoning purposes in the county.
