§ 12-642 — Same; time for objections to report

Kansas·Ch. 12 CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES·Art. 6 PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
All objections to the report of said appraisers must be in writing and filed with the city clerk of said city forty-eight hours prior to the time fixed for the hearing of the same.
