Text

The preceding sections relating to grading, regrading, paving, repaving, curbing, recurbing, guttering, reguttering, macadamizing or remacadamizing, or otherwise improving any street, avenue, or alley shall govern in the making of all such improvements in all cities, except where different provisions are specifically provided by law, in which case the specific provisions shall control only so far as they conflict with the preceding sections.
