§ 12-607 — Alleys; connecting alleys

Kansas·Ch. 12 CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES·Art. 6 PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS

Any alley may be graded or regraded, paved or repaved in the same manner as provided for the grading or regrading, paving or repaving of a street or avenue. The governing body may, when they deem it necessary, grade or regrade and pave or repave any intervening alley connecting two streets or avenues which are paved.
