Text
In all cases where grading is to be done, the entire distance to be graded shall constitute the grading district, but for all paving, repaving, macadamizing, remacadamizing, curbing, recurbing, guttering and reguttering of streets, avenues and alleys, the special assessments shall be made for the full cost thereof on each block separately.
