§ 12-5704 — Lawsuits; seal

Kansas·Ch. 12 CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES·Art. 57 FORT SCOTT/BOURBON COUNTY RIVERFRONT AUTHORITY

The authority may sue and be sued in its corporate name. The authority may adopt a common seal and change the same at pleasure.
