Text
(a)There is hereby created in the state treasury the state 911 operations fund. All moneys received pursuant to K.S.A. 12-5368, 12-5372 and 12-5374, and amendments thereto, for purposes of such fund shall be deposited into the state 911 operations fund. All expenditures from the state 911 operations fund shall be made in accordance with appropriation acts upon warrants of the director of accounts and reports issued pursuant to vouchers approved by the chairperson of the state 911 board or the chairperson's designee.
(b)The state 911 operations fund shall be used only for the following purposes:
(1)Administrative and operational expenses of the state 911 board, including salaries of persons employed by the board;
(2)payment and expenses incurred pursuant to contracts entered into by the
