§ 12-516 — Payment of costs; when change valid

Kansas·Ch. 12 CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES·Art. 5 ADDITIONS, VACATION AND LOT FRONTAGE
The person or persons so petitioning for such change or changes shall pay all costs incident thereto, and no such change or changes shall be of any validity until the certificate and plat referred to in K.S.A. 12-515 shall have been filed in the office of the register of deeds of the proper county.
