Text
Any such city which establishes or acquires a home for the aged under this act is hereby empowered to issue and sell revenue bonds in payment of part of the cost or existing debt of such home for the aged, to fix by ordinance such rates, fees and charges for the use thereof or services therefrom as may be reasonable and necessary, and to provide for the manner of collecting and disbursing such revenues.
