Text
Nothing in this act shall prohibit the governing body of any city or county levying a tax, as authorized under K.S.A. 12-4801, from contracting with any private person, firm, association of persons or corporation within such county or city to provide such services as would make such institution eligible to receive funds under the provisions of this act.
