§ 12-4403 — Time of arraignment
Kansas·Ch. 12 CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES·Art. 44 CODE FOR MUNICIPAL COURTS; PROCEEDINGS AFTER ARREST AND PRIOR TO TRIAL
Accused persons shall be arraigned:
(a)At the time specified in the notice to appear, or in the appearance bond; or
(b)if no date be specified, then on the earliest date when the court convenes.
