Kansas Statutes
§ 12-3919 — Same; fire district, powers and duties
Unless otherwise specifically provided in this act, any fire district created under the provisions of this act, shall have all the duties, rights and obligations of any department created under chapter 19 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated.
