§ 12-367 — Same; costs of unification

Kansas·Ch. 12 CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES·Art. 3 CONSOLIDATION OF MUNICIPALITIES

All costs incurred or authorized by the unification commission and all other costs incurred by the city and county pursuant to this act shall be paid by the city and county.
