§ 12-360 — Unification of governmental units in Greeley county; definitions

Kansas·Ch. 12 CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES·Art. 3 CONSOLIDATION OF MUNICIPALITIES

As used in K.S.A. 12-361 through 12-367, and amendments thereto:

(a)"Commission" means the unification commission appointed pursuant to K.S.A. 12-361, and amendments thereto.
(b)"City" means any city located in Greeley county.
(c)"County" means Greeley county.
