Text
As used in K.S.A. 12-351 through 12-357, and amendments thereto:
(a)"Commission" means the consolidation commission of Topeka, Kansas, and Shawnee county.
(b)"City" means Topeka, Kansas.
(c)"County" means Shawnee county.
