Text
The plat executed and filed by the mayor shall be approved by ordinance, and any person aggrieved by said plat shall have thirty days after the publication of such ordinance in which to bring an action to set the same aside in whole or in part, and in case such action is not brought within the time specified, every person affected thereby shall be forever barred of all right to question the same.
