§ 12-319 — Boundaries

Kansas·Ch. 12 CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES·Art. 3 CONSOLIDATION OF MUNICIPALITIES
Such joint ordinance shall define the boundaries of the other city or cities, and for the purpose of making said boundaries regular, may include therein any territory already platted, and any territory adjacent to such other city or cities, that may be divided into tracts or parcels of land of seven (7) acres or less.
