§ 12-314 — Debts of smaller cities assumed

Kansas·Ch. 12 CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES·Art. 3 CONSOLIDATION OF MUNICIPALITIES

All legal and enforceable debts, claims and demands against any of the other cities shall be assumed and paid by the consolidated city.
