§ 12-308 — Smaller city to become part of larger

Kansas·Ch. 12 CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES·Art. 3 CONSOLIDATION OF MUNICIPALITIES

After the consolidation the other city or cities shall become a part of the largest and consolidated city, the same as other annexed territory, except as provided for in this act.
