Text
The provisions of this act shall be adopted by ordinance at any regular meeting, adjourned meeting or special meeting called for such purpose. Any such ordinance shall not take effect unless and until the question of the approval of such ordinance has been submitted to a vote of the electors of the city and a majority of those voting on the question shall have voted in favor thereof. The election and vote on any such ordinance shall be called, held and conducted in like manner as provided by the general bond law.
