§ 12-2811 — Federal grants and loans
The authority shall have power to apply for and accept grants and loans from the federal government or any agency or instrumentality thereof to be used for any of the purposes of the authority and to enter into any agreement with the federal government in relation to such grants or loans; provided that such agreement does not conflict with any of the provisions of any trust agreement securing the payment of bonds or certificates of the authority.
