Text
Any municipality or corporation entering into an agreement under the authority of this act or validated by this act shall not be deemed to be a common carrier with respect to the water transportation facilities established thereunder and shall not be deemed subject to any utility regulation by reason of its participation in so providing facilities for a water supply, water distribution system, or waterworks system.
