§ 12-2522 — Same; powers and duties

Kansas·Ch. 12 CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES·Art. 25 COMPACTS BETWEEN MISSOURI AND KANSAS

The commissioners shall have the powers and duties and be subject to the limitations provided for in the compact entered into between the two states, and together with five (5) commissioners from the state of Kansas* shall form the Mo-Kan development agency.
